When did you join The LK Group?
I started at the LK Group in May 2022 so I am coming up to my 1 year anniversary. I’m currently a Graduate Geo-environmental Engineer.
What do you love the most about working for The LK Group?
I love how unpretentious and intimate the company is, you don’t get lost or forgotten about, unlike other larger companies you feel your voice and opinion is listened to. We have working groups where we can share our ideas.
Tell us something about working for The LK Group that we wouldn’t expect.
Although there are people with a lot of experience, there’s not a sense of entitlement and hierarchy it makes you comfortable to go and ask for help from the most experienced people.
What do you like most about your job?
That there is a mixture of professionalism, and fun with colleagues, but our services still get delivered to our clients. This boosts overall moral.
