Removing Risk, Reducing Cost and Adding Value
The LK Group is a multidisciplinary geoenvironmental and engineering consultancy and specialist contractor. We work nationally from five UK offices and we are all about removing risk, reducing cost and adding value on sites.
We really know our stuff
Think of us as a collection of technical specialists, working hard as a team to solve the problems and challenges that you encounter leading up to planning and beyond. We simplify complex regulation and deliver a holistic service. You will benefit from one point of contact and practical, cost-effective solutions, in one seamless process.
Local authority regulators listen to us
With decades of technical expertise behind us, including ex-local authority regulators within our team, we understand the planning system inside out. We use the right language and our ideas are readily approved by the regulators.
We unlock land and accelerate development
If you want to unlock land, we can help. If you thought your site was undevelopable, think again. Through our desk-based site investigation and risk assessment service, we can quantify or remove the risk from your site, fixing or reducing abnormal costs from the start. Through clever earthworks modelling, we can reduce unnecessary land remediation.
Good quality consultancy will save you time and money
We know that good quality consultancy always pays off in the end. Where you inherit site investigation work carried out by others and the prospect of excessive remediation, we can apply our own expertise and interrogate the reports, to improve the chances of a profitable development.
Our in-house consultancy services will get projects moving forward.
Our geoenvironmental consultancy provides the backbone for our in-house specialist contracting division.
From consultancy to contractor, everything we do is in-house. We can make a real difference to your developments, before they are even out of the ground.
We have been developing longstanding, collaborative relationships for over 20 years and we are proud of the diverse client base we have built.
Our clients include:
- House Builders
- Housing Associations
- Consulting Engineers
