Project Management – Altrincham Town Centre
We provided a traditional Project Management Service to Trafford Council to procure, and manage a design team on their behalf to re-design the town centre of Altrincham. Altrincham has suffered a decline in occupancy rates and the retail market has also suffered in the past 10 years which in turn has given a negative perspective of the area to the wider public.

We provided a detailed and robust programme of works including a detailed consultation strategy in partnership with the design team and provided a simplified and fast track design sign off procedure that allowed the project to gather momentum quickly and progress on programme.
THE BENEFIT
Since completion of the phase 1 & 2 footfall has increased, occupancy rates are up and planning applications are double what they were before works commenced.
