THE SOLUTION
Following the review of possible locations, we managed the Master Planning team in progressing planning on five sites across the region, within a timescale of 10 months. This included gaining operational input and agreement for the layout and functionality of each site and resulting station.
THE BENEFIT
Through our project management, WYFRS progresses planning on five sites within a tight timescale of just 10 months. Working with the design team we developed standard parameters, enabling a blueprint to be developed for a standard fire station, reducing both timescales and costs for the fire service.
