With delight, the LK Group announces our recent ICN framework appointment, securing a place on the £750m Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework. The ICN Framework covers contractors together with consultants. This news comes from Great Places Housing Group.
Our scope of works will include Phase 1 and Phase 2 Site Investigations and the delivery of Flood Risk Assessment services.
The framework, in essence, will facilitate the delivery of new homes across the North of England. Moreover, it’s not only to support Great Places’ very ambitious development programme. It’s also for those of other Housing Associations operating across this extensive area.
